this whole genre is actually kinda cool. A whole bunch of out of place sounds, distorted and over EQ'd. Its kinda like drumnbass, dubstep, and glitch combined. Not bad. i have absolutely no idea if this is a good CHIPSTEP song, but I think it is.

what is this? come on, this isnt really dubstep, more like industrial. good for that genre, but bad for dubstep

[Metal Gear Solid 2]

Really awesome man. There are some things I would change though. Im not trying to mean, but the Bass needs to be EQ's a bit more. There arent exactly very smooth transitions either. Try adding some different drum patterns in there as well. Rename this "Metal Gear Solid 2 [WIP]" and keep working on this. Its a good start, but just isnt finished.

Althought the supersaw parts of it are incredible, the wobble bass just kinda is deflating. It starts, sounds like an awesome drop, but then it just stays there. on the one note. I know u lost the project, but it should be remade as a trance song, not dubstep. In my opinion, the supersaws make the song.

i know exactly what u mean. unfortunately. I run FL Studio 10 on a Windows XP OS, with 1 processor. You cant produce shit with the audio clipping, and the under-runs. i feel u man. plus nexus and harmless take a shit load of cpu.

XP and 1 core prosessor? I am having problems with 4gb dualcore 2.2ghz cannot even imagine hows it with your setup :S
I bet you cannot even use Love Philter effect since thats maybe the fattest CPU hungry thing in the FL studio.

This is garbage. But this is how I first sounded when I did my first dnb song. Trust me, you'll get better, as long as, and only, when you dont give up on a certain genre. Im not the best at heavy dubstep, but that doesn't mean I give up. Keep producing this type of stuff. I can see talent. And by the way, I love the gated saw thing, that came in at 0:23. You got a great start at making trancey/dancey breakdowns. Keep working on electronic.
